This auction has a 10% buyers premium added to the total. Paying by credit card will add 4% making the total premium 14%. Credit card payments must be paid by you in your invoice section of the account. If paying with cash deposit or wire transfer, email us for the banking information that you will need to make the payment. Payment must be received within 48 hours from when invoice is initially emailed to winning bidder. If payment is not received within 48 hours, we may sell your items to another bidder at the sole discretion of CIS Auctions. Organization must approve all winning bids. Organization has the right to accept or refuse any bids, even if they are not the highest bid. Notice of winning bid may not come for 24 hours. Once winning bids are accepted you will be emailed an invoice to the email you used to register with. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranty implied. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Information in listings are provided by the seller and should be verified, as many sellers do not have the ability to fully inspect their assets and are only selling retired items. Purchasers should bid accordingly.

Asset is sold as is, where is, and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises, there is NO refund of monies previously paid. All sales are final. There are NO refunds! Inspections and removal of items onsite are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. NO EXCFEPTIONS!! All tow away are by tow truck only. NO TITLE. Buyer will receive document TR-52L Michigan Department of State Abandoned Vehicle/Vessel Bill of Sale.
ITEMS ARE AT SEPARATE LOCATIONS. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE PICK UP ADDRESS UPON PAYMENT AND CLEARANCE FOR PICK UP.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
